BEVERLY TALAKUA is an Indonesian-American designer raised in California and based in Seattle. She’s passionate about creating design that feels human, culturally grounded, and intentional. As a person of color, Beverly is proud to bring her unique perspective and lived experience into creative spaces, using design as a way to highlight stories and connect communities.

Her creative journey began with dance, where she found freedom in both choreography and freestyle. Today, she carries that same energy into her design work, approaching projects with rhythm, flow, and deep attention to how each piece connects.

When she’s not designing, you’ll find her dancing, cracking bad jokes with family, or appreciating graffiti and street art around the city.
